I stayed here for one night honest review here I stayed in king room suite , 4th floor I didn’t see roaches or bed bugs maybe those are on the first floor rooms . Room was clean a/c was good ran all night and cooled the room pretty good . The bed was comfortable the room did have like a old house smell just probably cause it’s an old hotel . So don’t be surprised. I got used to it and didn’t mind. Wouldn’t stay longer than two days tho . The shower was ok hot water didn’t work that well water was warm . The tub drain normal , and the toilet was working fine as well . They also had body wash , shampoo and conditioner .

We always stopped here on our way to the keys. We haven't been since covid. During our absence, the hotel was sold. The new owner has really let the place go. The inside elevator did not work. A man told us he's been staying there for 2 months while selling his condo and it's been broken the entire time. We had to use the outside employee elevator which was very hot. The microwave in our room had food splattered all inside. The coffee maker was an old filter pack type. They not only do not supply the coffee packs but they don't even sell them, which didn't really matter because it was also filthy. The restaurant that used to be Our Place and was great is now the Boca Hideaway. I can't review it because it is closed on Sunday and Monday! So, we walked out to the tiki bar which was supposed to be open until 9pm and it was closed at 7. Furniture, walls and doors are all beat up and chipped. White duvet had several small brown stains on it. Unless you have a streaming package you can log into, don't expect to watch anything decent on tv because all they have is Roku. We were so disappointed because this used to be one of our favorite places. Therefore, I didn't read the reviews. I won'

I booked a room at Boca Plaza Hotel through the Airbnb app. Upon my arrival, I checked in with my family, in which the room looked nothing like it had portrayed on the app along with it being super hot in the room. We didn’t make it a big deal at first because we thought the AC would cool down by the time we got back from dinner. We also got two beds when really we were supposed to get a king size bed along with a sleeper sofa. Later that evening, we noticed that the AC still hadn’t cooled down so we decided to get a room change in which we had no problems with. The room that we got switched into now had the king size bed along with the sleeper sofa which was what we originally expected. Although the room turned out to be well, the sleeper sofa was not comfortable at all. The springs on the sleeper sofa itself had broken causing the sleeper sofa to be sunken in which two people could not get a good nights rest in. When I tried to complain about the matter, they said that there was nothing they could do. We tried asking for pillows as well along with an extra mattress all throughout the week that we were there and we never received any. They kept saying that they didn’t have access
